Does she have a mental illness or is she just a rude and promiscuous lier.?

Met a woman. She lied to my face, says she is a christian but only because it makes people think she is moralistic so she can get away with things, slept with her friends husband and blamed him for it, suggested that i needed to persue her harder to avoid a "photo finish" with another guy for her affections, left me at her house to see a guy 20 years younger and lied about it, gets drunk and propositions strangers, will just get up and leave during a conversation to text or reply to a message on her laptop and keeps her young children up late during the week while she gets drunk. Now I avoid her (I have some standards lol) and haven't responded to over 400 texts she is getting abusive and accusing me of having people conspire against her. I was interested in another woman she didn't know and once she found out she became her best friend and the women is now suspicious of me. Is she mentally deranged or just a spoilt brat who thinks she is a lot hotter then she is?
