Please advise me, if my business field experience would be worthy when i re-locate to Canada in a month.?

I have got diploma and BA in business field here in Ethiopia and with International organization experience, I will be leaving to Canada very soon, so am very concerned if I am going to get job? And I want to study further, so do I need to change my field to health?
