Weird lump on testicle, please help!?

I have just done a testicular self exam for the first time, and have found a weird squishy lump on the bottom of my right testicle. I cannot feel for sure if it is connected to anything, but during an it gets really hard and grows larger, and when I press on it my immediately starts to decrease. Could this be cancerous? I may visit the GP tommorow.
