My boyfriend can't kiss!!! I had to ask him too kiss me aswell!!!?

It was last day of term and the last time I would see him for a week and all he did was hug me for 1 second. Then I had to say, can I have a kiss and he was like a fish!!! His lips squished up like he had been sucking on a lemon and they were all wrinkly and before he kissed me he wiped his lips!! It was only a 1 seconder and when I went 2 hug him again he didn't notice and walked off!!! I don't wanna dump him but I want to be able to kiss him and he can't do it!!! What do I do????
