Looking for navy spouse co-location info with a baby on the way?

My husband and I are both in the Navy. I am an E2 stationed in San Diego and my husband is an E2 in Maryland. We put in our request for spouse collocation but they are telling us because we are both first term we probably won't get it. Now we are expecting a baby though. I am three months along and am wondering if this will change our chances of getting co-located. Anyone have any info about this?
