I know a girl of black heritage,and she hates herself?

ok i in high school and i am a black american.well one of my friends who is girl said something to me that was really ignorant.she told me that she did not like bl@ck people,but she was just joking,she said that they always gave her promblems.Then she had the nerve to look at me and said "i know your african american and im not trying toofend your race.well i was a bit confused because shes like 3 shades darker then me,she had full lips and her hair was the same texture as mine.Then she called me colored,thats what got me mad.that sounded ignorant to me because colored means anyone that is not caucasion.i looked at her and even though she had nice shiny straight hair,i asked arn't you black and this is the response i get"No! i have no black in me,im indian"so i said oh really what tribe,and you know what she said(UH I DONT KNOW)
