This should depend on how secure you both are with yourseves and with your relationship. Early on, I found it annoying when my partner mentioned other guys, but now that we are very secure in our relationship it doesn't bother me at all - and when I think about how I used to get I just roll my eyes at myself. We both occasionally mention that someone of the opposite is attractive, but we don't get crazy about it. It's just like "oh, she's cute" or "he's a good looking guy" or whatever and then it's over. No biggie.
