Wilted lettuce can be made crisp agan if....?
Osmosis is the process of some liquid ping through a semipermiable membrane to equalize pressure, Wilted lettuce is void of liquid, If allowed to soak in the bowl of water , the water will the membrane to equalize the pressure within the leaf. The of the membrane is osmosis.
