How can people not see that Affirmative Action is Racist and ist?

I believe in fairness, that regardless of race or gender, one should get the job or promotion, scholarship or college admission by their merits not their race or gender. I believe in real Civil Rights, not racial discrimination done in the name of civil rights. The most powerful and influential newspaper in America and the world is the NY Times. It has been owned since 1896 by an unbroken succession of Jews (Adolf Chos, Arthur Sulzberger, Orvill Dryfoos, A.O. Sulzberger and Arthur Ochs Sulzberger, Jr. For a hundred and fourteen years they have practiced ethnic discrimination to keep control of the NY Times. Listen to this quote from the Huffington Post, "The New York Times revealed a bizarre bonus for hiring minorities, a bonus structure designed to diversify the work force, by rewarding executives who hire minorities: …"regional media group" CEO Michael Golden...received an extra 5% through this structure.” Great the NY Times now gives bonuses for racial discrimination against White people. Please understand that so-called affirmative action has nothing to do with equal rights. Every non-White in America is already protected in hiring by civil rights law. If a Black American is truly better-qualified than other applicants and doesn’t get the job, he can sue the firm and in effect, win the lottery. “Affirmative action” then has absolutely nothing to do with making sure their is fairness in hiring. It is plain racist discrimination against better-qualified White people. And whether we talk about a racial quotas racial hiring or promotion goals, it is still the same thing, discrimination against a better-qualified White person in favor of a less qualified minority. The policy is based purely on race, not on any other criterion.
