Does acne heal itself if i leave it alone?

i have approximately 28 acnes (most of which are white heads) and counting. do they heal by themselves if i leave them alone (i.e not poking, peeling, pushing, etc the acnes) and keep on washing my face twice a day with oxy facial cleanser?
