It sounds like OCD to me, but honestly, if it is not totally interfering with your life, then there is no need to talk to a doctor. They do have medication that can help control your compulsions. But if it was something that you did not even notice until it was pointed out to you, then I say keep living the way you are! If your phobia of germs gets so bad you can't leave or house, or if you are spending so much time trying to perfect everything that you literally cannot do anything else, then I would say its time to talk to a doctor.
