What About Country Music Stars?

Musicians are people just like the rest of us. Yes, Dixie Chicks did have a song about murdering an ABUSIVE husband. I know of a few rap and rock songs that talk about murdering just for the hell of it. Yes, Toby Keith sang about smoking weed with Willy, though I can't exactly consider that a drug. It's a damn plant, it should be legalized and taxed the hell out of. But, just because Toby sang it does not necessarily mean that he did it. Do you believe every song you hear? Perhaps you think that Miranda Lambert actually shot her boyfriend too since she sings about it in Gunpowder and Lead. As for Big & Rich, they are allowed to have their own opinions on religion, it doesn't affect their music. As for Garth Brooks, millions of people get divorced and remarried, but because he's famous you want to make a big deal about it. You have very strong opinions of these people solely for the fact that they are famous, when normal people make the same mistakes daily. Regardless, the music stays the same.
