Are all 2006 Dodge Durango's 3rd row ready?

I recently bought a 2006 durango that looks like a third row can go into. It has cup holders in the far back and the 2nd row of seats show how to fold down for a 3rd row. However it has a storage container so I am unsure of what is underneath this. Does anyone know if all 2006 models were equipped to have a 3rd row if desired?
