Do I have A Stammer or Stutter?

Hi! I'm 14 and for a while now, when I read to myself, I feel the urge to repeat a line/word over and over again until it sounds right. I have to stop and breathe a little bit cause I just can't continue the sentence. I'm not dyslexic and i'm a bit of a grammar freak so I can't have dyslexia :) Oh yeah before I forget, I have been to the mental health hospital with what my mum thought could have been a mild case of tourettes since I have tics. But that's probably irrelevant. Please help. Thanks! :)
