What is Attempt to Solicite?

Someone I know got arrested for "Attempt to Solicite" at 11:30 am on October 8th. I saw it in the newspaper along with her mugshot, but I dont understand what that means. She is a very butch masculine type girl and I thought it (the word colicite) had something to do with prostitution which to me I know she would be highly unlikely to do. Anyways I looked her name up on the County Clerks website and it did not mention that charge on the 8th, however it said that on that same day she was charged with "Attempted Burglary of A Dwelling" which is a felony. My question also is that what would those two charges have anything to do with eachother, like do they usually go hand in hand? Please let me know what that means and if this second charge has anything to do with it. I dont understand why they wouldnt put the burlary dwelling charge on the paper with it either. Thank you and I will give a best answer!!!!!
