Which language is better than others among vc++ 6,vc++ .net, c# or java ?

i have learned c and c++. now i am wondering which language to choose for my whole life. i learned that vc++ mfc has gone now and vc ++ . net came but with change in c++ (managed c++ ). so i thought to quite these two. now c# and java remains in my list. which one should i opt to learn advance level of programming. what you think. plz suggest me which will help me in future. thx
