Is Roadmaster Driving School considered a CDL Mill?

I looked at their website, and they appear legit. Now, I'm no trucker, so I can't swear to anything. They have a bunch of locations, which raises their credibility. You'd need to contact them and ask how many hours are clroom and how many behind the wheel.
